Solid offers a variety of wireline service units, including truck-mounted vans in both 2WD and 4WD versions; skid-mounted wireline units in both truck and heli-transportable designs.
Both slick and braided line units are available for essentially any type of well service condition (ie: sour service; pressure control to 10,000 psig).
Combination wireline units for electric line/slickline applications come equipped with both 7/32" mono-conductor e-line, plus either 0.108" or 0.125" slickline.
All of our wireline service units come fully tooled and equipped.
Solid Petroserve’s truck-mounted wireline vans come well-equipped with a wide variety of slickline tools and pressure control equipment and accessories.
Solid Slickline units are equipped with two working drums.
• A double drum for Slickline 0,108” si 0,125” (sour service certified: H2S, CO2, Formation water/Clorides)
• One single drum for ⁷⁄₃₂″ Braided-line or ⁷⁄₃₂″ E-line (monoconductor)
Solid slickline units also come equipped with a variety of additional items including:
• A self-contained Workshop for field operations
• Excellent lighting system both inside unit and outside for night time operations
• Hydraulic driven Generator - 10kw
• Grease injection sealing system 700bar - with two injection pumps (hydraulic and air driven) and grease tanks
• PCE hydraulic control module, including pressure acumulators for remote operation of hydraulic BOP's actuators (rams)
