Our leaders engage employees and contractors to build and sustain our HSEQ culture and deliver HSEQ performance, by being responsible to promote, discuss, provide, and set proper HSEQ examples and behaviours.  
Leaders must:
• Build and sustain HSEQ culture
• Focus on preventing high-consequence incidents and impacts by understanding and mitigating risks and managing and assuring safeguards
• Define clear roles and be accountable"

"HSEQ Culture represents attitudes of employees about company’s approach to providing high quality services, workforce health condition, workplace safety, environmental impacts, their perceptions of risk, their beliefs on responding to and controlling risk, and engagement in activities that represent (and reinforce) a HSEQ culture.
At Solid Petroserve we all work to create our  HSEQ Culture – we do this through our attitudes and behaviours. This is why it is important that we all demonstrate the behaviours that will help to create and maintain a strong culture.
Focusing on improving our HSEQ Culture will be an important step in achieving our objectives. We all have a part to play in creating our HSEQ Culture and therefore the behaviours are defined foreach and all of our employees, from operators to top managers."
